How to start working with TradeMachine?

First of all you need to add your site or sites (you can also add separate pages of sites you want to trade) to the menu Sites. You will need to set the following parameters when adding:

- send links, receive links - whether you want to receive links to this site and send links from it.

- site type - you will need to choose from the ones listed

- webpage URL (if you are trading the main page - just indicate the site URL)

- site title as displayed in the link anchors

- niche of the site (page) - you will need to choose from the ones listed

- status, if your site has an off status, it's not active for a trade and will appear on the menu "inactive sites", while the status on means the website is active and available for a trade.

Remember to change the status of your website, as otherwise it will be unavailable for a trade.

How to choose traders and actually trade?

Once you have added your site you can start looking for trades. To do this you will need to go to the menu item "Trades" and choose the niche you are interested in. Then you will be able to view the sites available. Such parameters as Alexa rank, page rank, and number of backlinks are displayed right on the panel for your convenience. If you liked some site just press Trade it!

Then you will need to select trade scheme - AB, ABC or ABCD, then - select your and the trader's sites that you think should be a part of the trade. Then press the button Submit trade.

Remember, that you won't be able to send links from your sites where you didn't check the box "Send links", or receive links from sites unless the box "receive links" has been checked.

How does a trade take place?

First the trader (T) receives a letter from the trade initiator (TI). The message is displayed on the page Trade Requests. If you received a new trade (or an old trade edited by the trader) you will see the number of new trades you haven't viewed in the brackets next to the menu item Trade Requests.

When you see a new trade press the button Edit it. In a new window that opens you will see the trade scheme as offered by the TI. You can accept the trade, in that case the trade is added to the page My trades, while the TI gets a notification of your agreement. After that both you and the TI have three days to set up links; the system will then check for their availability and will be checking them periodically. You can also decline a trade; the TI will receive a notification about that and the trade will be added to Declined Trades.

You can also edit any parameters in the trade and send it back to the TI. After that the TI can either edit the parameters again and send the edited trade back for you to edit/accept/decline it, or can accept or decline it. The trade is being exchanged between the traders until it has been accepted or declined by either of them.

Link checkup

Once the trade has been accepted you have 24 hours to set up links. After that period if the links have not been set up, an automatic link checkup will start and will be launched every 48 hours sending messages to you and your trader that the links you traded have not been set up.

Your sites

You can always change your sites from active to inactive and vice versa by editing their status, as well as allow or forbid to receiving/sending links to them if you want. Please note that this will in no way affect the trades that have already been made.

Internal mail

We can contact any users within the system using our internal mail service. You can find a link to send a private message on all the pages where other people's sites are displayed, as well as on each user's profile. Therefore, you can negotiate your deals and communicate without leaving the system :) You can find incoming messages on the page inbox, and outgoing messages - on the page outbox. To check for new messages just reload the page.
